Healthcare professionals sought for new JBDS guidance on bariatric surgery

A diabetes inpatient group is inviting healthcare professionals to support the development of new guidance on bariatric surgery. 

The Joint British Diabetes Societies (JBDS) for Inpatient Care is developing new guidance on how to manage diabetes in people undergoing bariatric surgery and is now looking for healthcare professionals to get involved.

The JBDS is looking for representation from both diabetes and obesity multidisciplinary teams.
